701 St. Anthony St.
701 St, Anthony Street is a sprawling Art Moderne building that was once home to Palace Laundry. But it gets a second life as The Fast Lane, a family fun center that is a destination for anyone at any age. With activities like bowling, laser tag, and what feels like an endless arcade local kids like Aubrey will beg to have their birthday party here while visitors like Marco and Polo will spend hours working towards a stuffed animal prize that is sure to become their favorite souvenir. Plus, the name, The Fast Lane is a nod to the Automobile Alley Historic District that this building sits in.
As The Fast Lane, 701 St. Anthony reinstates the glass block rounded corners and windows on the ground level. Our design also adds in fun neon accents on features like a rounded metal awning and an instagramable bowling pin.
