701 St. Michael St.

701 St. Michael Street embraces its neighborhood and current owner, becoming a mixed-use space for residences on top and a second antique gallery for Olde Mobile on the bottom. The residents above have private access to the left and can enjoy amenities like the brick-walled garden in the back. The antique gallery on the bottom utilizes the openness and natural light that comes in through the facade. The second location for Olde Mobile is the perfect place for locals like Natalie and Michelle to find the perfect accent piece to furnish their new townhome. It also functions as a destination for people like the Muellers who are always on the hunt for their next treasure.

The building maintains much of its original facade from its days as a grocery store, with a corner entrance, and stucco cornice. But, it is also updated for a new use through stained glass transoms, gas lanterns, and the additions of engaged columns.
